Chef’s Special engages Australian chefs to be more creative with red meat by thinking further than the fillet and to use Australian beef, veal, lamb and goat responsibly. Mash art directs stylist Simon Bajada and photographer John Laurie and brings a new look to Chef’s Special that aims to creatively inspire culinary wizards to do good things with a product that is usually the hero of the menu.
The typography mixes interesting typefaces and pays attention to detail throughout the document, making the type interesting on it’s own. Added to the beautiful photography and well balanced composition makes this document quite stunning.
