— Chateau De La Gougeonnerie

A dreamy french castle with luxurious exterior and interior. Someone please take me there…

“Chateau de la Goujeonnerie was built in 1872 by the architect Arsene Charier in Loge Fougereuse, Vendee. Charier had been commissioned to restore the Chateau d’Azay le Rideau, one of France’s national treasures and was clearly inspired by it in the design of Chateau de la Goujeonnerie and very evident by the floating towers on the 3 corners of the chateau and the overall design.”
