— Penthouse in Beirut

Designed by architect Bernard Khoury, the N.B.K. Residence 2 is an unreal penthouse occupying the final three floors of the Plot # 2251 project, overlooking the entire city of Beirut. The double-height ground floor features a reception space, dining room, master bedroom, kitchen, and a floor-to-ceiling library accessible by a steel grated bridge. The surrounding mezzanine accommodates two additional bedrooms and provides access up to the top level, where you can walk out onto the pool terrace. There’s also staff quarters (of course) and a guest studio.
