I love this exhibition by Canismo. The idea behind Canismo’s colourful slow-mo video is ‘an artistic movement created by a group of dogs’ which aims to help with the support and adoption of shelter animals. But there’s a little bit of meaning behind this cool video, too.
Canismo explains on its website: ‘The shake of the paint reveals a remarkable exercise of freedom, where each drop of ink bears the stain of prejudice. The combination of different colours in the paintings shows the mixture of breeds, as random and as beautiful as each mongrel dog’.
Eighteen paintings were made by different dogs through Canismo and will be exhibited in Sao Paulo and made available for purchasing to help raise funds for the organization.
