This first brand identity for Paul Lister’s Alladale estate up in the Scottish Highlands was designed to help support communications outreach for this destination location in the early days of the project.
The symbol is inspired by Scotland’s national symbol and a feature of the landscapes all across the estate, the thistle; and also, at that time, the rish heritage of this particular location.
The English Group has since supplanted this brand identity with an all-new design and a stand-alone brand presence for Paul’s own charity foundation, The European Nature Trust.
